MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Remuneration: € 23 782 – € 41 079

Requirements

A Minimum of 8 years schooling and 3 years’ appropriate experience in the related field of work. A higher qualification and more experience will serve as an advantage.

The candidate must be able to speak, read and write French and English fluently.  The candidate must be computer literate. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be able to work with diverse people and positively represent the Embassy and South Africa. Non-French candidates must have a valid relevant and valid permit allowing them to stay and work in France.

Job specific competencies

Ability to perform 90% of tasks unsupervised, store keeping and administration skills, physical fitness.

Additional knowledge

Carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting, waterproofing, gardening and general building skills.
